Door Supervisor packages
The full Level 2 Door Supervisor course comes in three packages. Premium and Platinum include the Emergency First Aid at Work qualification you need before training.
Up to 4 resits if you don’t pass first time
On the Standard package each resit costs £49.99. Resits are free with the Premium and Platinum packages, and with both refresher courses. Refresher courses also come with a money-back guarantee after 4 failed exam attempts.

From first day to first shift

Choose a package and date. You’ll need a first aid qualification, which Premium and Platinum include.
Train and sit your exams
Seven days of classroom and practical training, with exams at the end.
Apply to the SIA
Once you pass, apply for your licence on the SIA website. We’ll explain what to submit.
Start working
Your licence lasts three years. Come back for a refresher when it’s time to renew.

What happens if I fail an exam?
You can resit up to 4 times. On the Standard package each resit costs £49.99. Resits are free on the Premium and Platinum packages and on both refresher courses.
Do I need first aid before door supervisor training?
Yes, you need an Emergency First Aid at Work qualification. It’s included in the Premium and Platinum packages. On the Standard package you can book our one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course separately for £119.99.
Can I change my course date?
Premium and Platinum bookings can be moved up to 14 days before the course. Refresher bookings can be moved up to 24 hours before. Standard bookings don’t include rescheduling.
How quickly will I get my results?
Premium and Platinum include fast-track results, usually within 7 to 14 days.
What does the Platinum job interview mean?
Platinum guarantees you a job interview after you qualify. The interview is guaranteed, but a job offer is not.
When do I need a refresher course?
If you already hold a door supervisor or security officer licence, you’ll need refresher training before you renew it. Book a few months before your licence expires.
